I have used these for everything and they clean up pretty well, don't warp, and are a must-need in every kitchen. Great price as well! | Chicago Metallic Commercial 14-by-16-Inch Cookie Sheetby Chicago Metallic (77614) ![]() customer review: I do a lot of baking and must say these sheets are wonderful. They are light and easy to handle. They also cool off quickly. I would highly recommend these for any baker. | Chicago Metallic Commercial 18-Inch-by-13-Inch Jelly Roll Panby Chicago Metallic (77813) ![]() customer review: Recently I purchased the Commercial non-treated 10 x 15 Jelly Roll Pans. My son lives in an apartment with a small stove/oven and needed something like mine for baking meatballs to cookies. Other pans just didn't work for him. My 12 x 18 jelly roll pans were purchased in 1969 and well seasoned now...they are as dark as they can get and bake my breads and cookies to perfection. I can't do without them! | Farberware Nonstick Bakeware Promo Twin Pack (2 Cookie Pans)by Farberware (52120) ![]() customer review: This is the best pot I have ever purchase. You don't even need oil to fry anything, and it washes with no extra effort involved.
| This is a very good buy Norpro 12-by-15-Inch Baking Sheet, Stainless Steelby Norpro (3861) ![]() customer review: Since learning how bad Teflon is, I decided that I wanted to get rid of our cookie sheets and buy new ones. But I couldn't figure out what kind to get. I wanted stonewear sheets, but they are expensive and get mixed reviews (lots of sticking). So I went with these instead and I am really glad that I did. They work beautifully, though I do grease them first, unlike Teflon coated sheets. Everything bakes beautifully and comes off easily, they are simple to clean up and very inexpensive. I highly recommend them! | Norpro 13-by-17-Inch Baking Sheet, Stainless Steelby Norpro (3862) ![]() customer review: This was not the heaviest or the the best made stainless steel baking sheet I have ever used, but it is better than most of the other baking sheets out on the market. It hasn't warped yet from the heat of the oven and the glue that was stuck on it came off after rubbing it with vegetable oil. That said, these sheets have folded down edges that could still catch on stuff or even cut someone if they're handled wrong. This is probably due to the thinness of the metal, heavier sheets that I once had had the edges folded up and smoothed off. | WearEver Commercial Bakeware-Medium Cookie Sheet-2 Packby WearEver (68142.00) ![]() customer review: I've been baking for many years. Well I got some new brand name baking sheets at WalMart. After burning bread and cookies on them I knew something had to change. I read the reviews on these and decided to give them a try. So glad I did. No more burned food. Nice and heavy, easy to clean, nothing bad to say about them! Would recommend to any and everyone!
| Thanks Chicago Metallic Professional 3-Piece Value Pack with 2 Cookie/Jelly Roll Pans and Cooling Gridby Chicago Metallic (62833) ![]() customer review: This product is well made, nicely priced and works well. You can stop shopping and just buy it. You won't be sorry. | AirBake by WearEver Natural 3-Piece Baking Sheet Combo Small, Medium, Largeby WearEver (8513) ![]() $24.99 customer review: I bake semi-professionally, making at least three batches of cookies a week on these sheets. They are absolutely the best for cookies, I won't use anything else, and they have lasted for years and years.
| The irony of the negative reviewers on this site is that their baked goods are sticking only because they greased the sheet! Cookies should always be baked on an ungreased sheet. If a recipe calls for a greased sheet, such as with biscuits, always use shortening because such a thin layer of butter will burn, causing the biscuits to stick to the sheet. AirBake by WearEver Ultra Nonstick Large Baking Sheet, 14-by-16by WearEver (08613) ![]() $12.99 customer review: It is true that your cookies won't burn, but what I don't like is that all the cookies I make on this sheet flatten out into thin little cookies. On my old cookie sheets they hold their form and any fillings in the middle do not leak out like they do when I use this cookie sheet. Also when I go to remove the cookies from the sheet they just smush up like they aren't cooked enough. Overall I will only use this for baking pizzas and cookies that should be flat. | Norpro 18-Inch by 12--Inch Heavy Gauge Aluminum Jelly Roll Panby Norpro (3271) ![]() customer review: My pan arrived dented so I had to return it. Didn't expect it to be so fragile (based on other reviews). Thinking of purchasing another brand. | Calphalon Classic Bakeware 14-by-16-Inch Nonstick Large Insulated Cookie Sheetby Calphalon (BW1616) ![]() customer review: My Mom and I bake together every Christmas and had been using the same cookie sheets from when I was a child. She was shocked when I told her what I paid for this. But when every cookie came out perfectly (no burning because of even heating) and more cookies could be baked at one time,(because of the generous size)she stopped complaining. And when the cookie sheet washed so easily... Thank you. Our cookies our perfect. Our kitchen is peaceful. And I'm going to gradually buy more Calphalon products. Worth every penny! | Anolon Commercial Bakeware Aluminized Steel Cookie Sheetby Anolon (52350) ![]() customer review: The sheets warp when heated which makes trying to take them out of the oven a real issue , food falling everywhere... I would not buy this product again. | Chicago Metallic Professional True Jelly Roll Panby Chicago Metallic (69150) customer review: I like jelly roll pans for all kinds of baking because the sides prevent baking items from "growing" too much. This pan is a perfect size, not too large or small. | Norpro Professional Heavy Gauge Cookie Pan 9-Inch by 12-Inchby Norpro (3274) ![]() customer review: While the quality of the pan is great, but you can't fit much on it. It is very small and I would have preferred getting 2 12 x 18 pans then one of each. | Wilton Recipe Right® Cookie/Jelly Roll Pan, 17 1/4 x 11 1/2 Inchby Wilton (2105-968) ![]() $5.99 customer review: I loved this pan so much I ordered 2 more and put them up to use in the future. Nonstick surface is the strongest I have ever used. Even with sticky or burnt on foods cleaning is a breeze. We love barbecue anything and when I am going to put barbecue on something I always grab this pan. Plus pan is big and will fit more of anything you cook. | Norpro Stainless Steel 10 Inch x 15 Inch Baking Sheetby Norpro (3865) ![]() customer review: As noted by other reviewers, these warp badly -- pretty much anything over 350 degrees, and even 350 is dicey. Not necessarily a problem if you are only using for cookies, but not useful for anything else!
| One alternative is Chicago Metallic professional-grade large jelly roll pans from Chef's Catalog (2 for $30); Costco also used to have a set of 3-4 professional-weight cookie/jelly roll pans even cheaper, so keep an eye out for those! Wilton Recipe Right 3 Piece Cookie Pan Setby Wilton (2105-975) ![]() customer review: This is a pretty good set for the money. I have used them several times, even thrown them in the dishwasher too!. They have really held up nicely. Much more life in them too.
| Con- I was supprised at how small the smallest one is. Thats my fault for not reading the measurement though. Pro-Really are non stick!! Some brands claim it but these really work! Baker's Secret Basics Nonstick Large Cookie Panby Baker's Secret (116411008) ![]() customer review: I received this item promptly and am very pleased that it meets all the
| requirements, the correct size, non-stick coating, sturdy not cheap. I am very happy with this product. Nordic Ware Bakers' Half Sheet with Storage Lidby NordicWare (43103) ![]() customer review: I purchased two of these because I liked the idea of stacking them for storage and travel. I received one in perfect condition and one with a cracked lid. I sent the damaged one back and Amazon sent me another one with a cracked lid. This happened two more times until Amazon confessed the next one will probably be cracked too, so they issued me a refund. From where the lids were cracked and the way they were packaged (in paper), I suspect they were damaged in transit. This transaction was annoying and time consuming. I finally found another one in a local retail store. It does not appear that the lids are easily cracked, so I don't believe I'll have trouble in the future with broken lids unless I drop it when attached to the pan. I paid $3 more than the current selling price of $12 which only added to my annoyance with only 5 days between when I ordered and when the price changed. At $12 these are a very good value, if you can get one in good condition.
| The WearEver Commerical Bakeware Cooling Racks that are 16.5 x 11.5 x.75" fit perfectly inside this pan. I like to bake bacon instead of fry it, so this combo works great. Also the Silpat 11-5/8-by-16-1/2-Inch Nonstick Silicone Baking Mat is the correct size so that the edges lay flat in this half sheet. With these two accessories, these pans become extremely versatile. The bottom of the pan fits beautifully into the inside of the lid for super compact storage. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
