| Tip about the lids: Because the lids are difficult to get on the first time, force the lids on when you get the set to stretch them out slightly (don't worry they will still fit tightly). Try putting the lid upside down on a table and then work the container into the lid. Leave it there for an hour or several. This will make it much easier to put the lid on the first time you actually use the container. I used the little ones to put snacks in for my almost 4 year old son and he can pick one out, open it and reseal it tightly on his own and I wouldn't have tried that one with tupperware and it keeps his chips/popcorn/etc. fresh for the next day.

Normally each of them goes for around $10. It is great for more than just baking. You can also use it to serve food since it is a lot nicer looking than the plain metal kinds. The thing I like best about them is that they are completely air tight and water tight. I use the smaller ones to mix salad dressing. You can store liquids in them turned on their side in the frig (very important for crowded refrigerators like mine) and never have to worry about them leaking. For the same reason they're also great when taking food over to someone's house. They can get tossed around in the car without a worry about spilling.
| I use these for leftovers but also have my entire pantry filled with different sizes of these. They are the only thing that keeps out moths and those irritating little bugs that get into the flour in the summer. My pantry has gone from being a mass of boxes and containers to an organized space with everything easy to find. I like the fact that they are see through too. The only time I've had one break is the one that I keep the blueberries in in the freezer. I dropped in on the tile floor which cracked it, I guess because it was frozen. But other than that, they've held up well for the 3 years or so that I've used them. I would never buy another brand. What I mean about unstackable is that although these three particular sizes do fit inside each other, if you buy a whole lot of them the same or similar sizes, they will not fit inside one another at all. Overall, however, we are grateful to be rid of our BPA plastics and are using these new ones all the time for food storage. We thought Kinetic GlassLocks were a better choice than the Pyrex glass containers because of the tighter seal of these lids (very, very secure seal) and the Pyrex lids were still plastic (not silicone), last time we checked.
