customer review: These worked great, used about a tablespoon of crust mixture tamped it down then did the usual. They are about two inches across, and it will take 3 pans to do a usual 9 inch recipe. Enjoy.

customer review: It is vey hard to find an 8 inch round cake pan of this quality. It is very heavy and coated so that a cake releases very easily, making clean-up a breeze. Due to its construction cakes brown evenly. The price is extremely reasonable for a pan that is "second to none."

customer review: This pan works the way it is supposed to. It lets the batter rise high and holds the cake up while it cools and THEN releases it as it should. It bakes as good as the old one of my grandmother's which has gotten too beat up and rusty to use. And much, much better than the silicon one I was trying to use.

customer review: This is not some flimsy bakeware set. Each piece has some weight behind it. They are very solid. Non-stick coating seems to withstand scratching from utensil use very well. I like this set so much, I ordered another. This set should not disappoint anyone.

customer review: I haven't used this pan yet to cook in, and may not. That isn't what I bought it for. I have a great cast iron 14" pizza pan--it's Lodge Logic, and it's wonderful. I like to eat my pizza slowly, and I like it to stay warm. What I do is cook the pizza on the cast-iron pan in the oven, and then set it on trivets, put this 14", 3"-deep aluminum pan on top of it upside down, and wrap the whole thing in a beach towel. Voila, warm pizza! Yum! I've used this pan several times now and washed it by hand, and it is working perfectly. If at some point my arthritis is acting up too much to handle the heavy cast iron pizza pan, I plan to cook my pizza IN this pan, and use cardboard topping with the towel around it to keep it warm. That wouldn't stay as warm as the cast-iron pizza pan topped by this one, though. Yum, yum!

customer review: I bought this pan to make a cake for my Mom for Mother's Day last year and have used it numerous times. I have never had an issue with it not coming out perfectly. customer review: I bought this pan because it got an excellent review from Cook's Illustrated. But since the review, the company stopped carrying the professional model, so rather than tell Amazon they don't carry it, the company switched to an economy pan that they had instock. That was the pan they shipped. I am still looking for the pan that got the great review.

customer review: I had been looking for a one-piece pan. I got this one and it is the best. The first two pound cakes that I have made have come out so beautifully. They were a nice, golden brown and they did not stick at all. It is really hard to find a one-piece pan these days. I may buy another to keep around just in case.

customer review: Wilton is usually a great product, but some of their pans are thinner than the rest, and this is one of them. We have some with a straight edge, and this is slightly curved. If this is a new disign, they used less metal, or not as good quality metal.. something's different. I bake 2 8" at the same time, one with this pan, one with my older version, and this pan turns the cakes brown on the bottom so much faster. Not really happy. We returned it.

customer review: I have really enjoyed my tube pan. I have baked at least 10 cakes since I received my product. The clean up is so easy. I am able to wipe my pan out with a wet paper towel and then just wash in warm soapy water. I am very pleased with my purchase.
