customer review: I bought these last year, and they held up for the first few months. At first i thought they were adorable, but after about 10 months, the paint on them started to peel away from the sides! I was horrified when I saw ( after baking a batch of cheesecakes for Sale) that the sides had pieces of black paint 'baked into the side!! I would stick to Wilton pans the next time, this one is cute at first, but could get you sued in the end!

customer review: I received this as a "bonus" with the Avanti thermal carafe for free. It's cute, but there is no way I'd pay $25 to purchase this separately. It is simply too small for a serious baker and too expensive for a child's first springform. Will make nice individual baked goods.

customer review: I couldn't find a 7" diameter springform pan in local stores and was pleased with the prompt delivery and reasonable price from Amazon. It's very easy to make delicious cheesecakes in a large (8" diameter) crock-pot using this springform pan. It only takes a little over two hours to bake a cheesecake this way. You can find lots of recipes on the internet for this type of cheesecake as well. Place the pan, filled with cheesecake batter, on a small rack in the crock-pot. The moist and even heat in the crock-pot make for a great cake. The non-stick pan washes up easily afterwards.

customer review: PICTURE IS DECEPTIVE.....THIS IS FOR ONE PAN ONLY...I think the seller knew and hope that people would order this item based on the picture and not read the full description or check the reviews. I felt as though I was ripped off when this pan was delivered because I was expecting 4 pans not 1. I hope no one else is as foolish as I was I was and order this overpriced pan.

customer review: I expected this to be a great pan based on ratings here and from a well-regarded cooking show. But after only 4-5 uses, it needs to be replaced. Despite the "nonstick" surface, both my husband and I have had real trouble getting food to release from this pan completely, and have resorted to soaking it or using scouring sponges in an attempt to get the baked food off. Probably as a result of the soaking & scrubbing, the latch is rusting and the nonstick surface has peeled completely away from the bottom rim of the pan (where it comes into contact with the base) and is starting to peel from the inner surfaces of the pan. For the money, I expected something much sturdier.

customer review: I just love this pan. Good quality pan. In fact I love all the springform pans. Didn't realize how great these pans were until I had to get on a Gluten Free diet. All of the recipes call for the use of these types of pans. I'm sold. My never go back to traditional ones. Why? The foods so easy to get out of the pan.

customer review: These are the very best springform pans I have ever had. I use a water bath for my cheesecakes, and the way these are made there, is not a drop of water that leaks. Also, these make the removal of the contents very easy and perfect.

customer review: I have used this springform pan for a couple of years now and would have to say that I am very happy with it. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because about a year after heavy use (I bake a lot of cheesecakes) one of the rivets on the handle broke. Fortunately I have a friend who had a riveter and was able to fix it. Beyond that I am completely satisfied with the performance. I have never had any leaking with it and I have made cheesecakes, torts, and flourless cakes in it. I do use a baine marie as another person had mentioned. I have always wrapped my springform pan in foil, I don't think you will ever find a springform pan that wouldn't leak to some degree in that circumstance....that is the purpose of using a springform pan....to be able to break it apart. The sides are non-stick and the glass bottom is extremely durable even though it is glass.

customer review: I love this pan would recommend to anyone. Compared to other pans this one is durable, sturdy, high quality, heavy and you pay for what you get and this is worth every penny! I will never buy another pan. It is difficult to remove cheesecake from bottom BUT this really is a scratch resistant bottom so i've cut my cakes right on it with no problems!

customer review: I'm really happy with this pan, I've made several cheese cakes with it now and haven't had a problem. The latch has a very solid feel when opening or closing. Cleaning has been extremely easy so far, a quick soak in warm water and everything wipes right off.

customer review: I got these pans at an amazing $20 for 6 on another site late 2006.I have regretted so many times not purchasing about 4 other sets! I make cheesecakes as a side line business, and these pans always make great, perfectly browned medium sized cheesecakes. The cheesecakes always come out so easily from the pans. I always wrap the base in foil and bake over a pan of water to get the best out of these pans. One other reviewer complained of the size, but that is definitely not a problem if you would like an adorable cheesecake that would serve two persons comfortably. I bought these together with another MEDIUM sized cheesecake pan, and this one by far excels in quality! I have used it for more than a year, and there is no signs of wear or tear . They look brand new! I have not tried making anything else with this pan, but I know I will be making many more cheesecakes using these. The are my absolutely favourite pans in the kitchen. You will not regret purchasing them!
