They peel off beautifully from cooled muffins, with very little residue stuck to the paper. | Oneida 24-Count Cupcake Carrying Caseby Oneida (62518) ![]() customer review: Love this product - wish I had years before instead of loading those cupcakes in gift boxes -easy to use and clean | Cuisinart Chef's Classic 6-Cup Nonstick Muffin-Top Panby Cuisinart (AMB-6MTP) ![]() customer review: This was purchased as a Christmas gift so I am unable to respond how it works. I thought, when I saw the picture on Amazon, that the muffin tops were smaller. Hope our daughter-in-law does not mind how large they really are. | Beyond Gourmet 96 Unbleached Mini Baking-Cupsby Harold Import Company, Inc. | Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Nonstick 12-Cup Popover Panby Chicago Metallic (26121) ![]() customer review: Great pan. It is really nice since the cups are smaller then the 6 cup pan. Cooks evenly. | Wilton 6 Cup Jumbo Muffin Panby Wilton (2105-955) ![]() customer review: I was looking for a pan to make those popular monster sized cupcakes and I found this one. So far I've only made huge corn muffins, they came out beautifully. This is a high quality pan at a very reasonable price, I have a big set of high end pricy bakeware from a fancy chain, this pan performs as good, if not better than my other stuff. | Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Straight-sided Muffin/Cornbread Panby Lodge (L5P3) ![]() customer review: This pan is really small. The picture is deceiving. It's about half the size of a normal 6 cup muffin pan. You'd need at least 2 of these to get anything done.
| So if there is an alternative for roughly twice the price just get that. Beyond Gourmet Unbleached Baking Cupsby Harold Import Company, Inc. I wasn't aware that tin rusts, but it did completely. | Wilton Square Silicone Baking Cups, 12 Countby Wilton (415-9424) customer review: I have used these a few times now, and really like them. Rather than making a whole cake or pan of brownies, I can just mix up enough batter to fill a few of these and bake them in my toaster oven. It helps with portion control, and I don't have half of a cake getting stale (or tempting me) on the counter. They are easy to clean and just the right size for a snack. | Chicago Metallic Professional Nonstick 12-Cup Muffin Panby Chicago Metallic (60612) ![]() customer review: The pan works wonderfully well. So nice to finally have a pan that not only has space to make 12 muffins instead of six, but that makes removing the muffins as easy as tapping them out!
| A well-made product. Wilton 6 Cup Kingsize Muffin Panby Wilton (2105-9921) $8.99 | customer review: Bought this to try out the new quiche recipe for South Beach Diet and it worked great!! Also made my dad some muffins for his 'birthday cake' and he got a big kick out of the size. The pan itself is a heavier weight of steel than I am used to (aluminum) and I find that I really like it so much better. Hopefully the nonstick will last longer too. The company I bought it from really was quick in their shipping & handling and I would buy from them again. | Wilton 24 Count Mini Cupcakes N More Standby Wilton (307-250) customer review: I use these for my birthday parties at Tot Spot Cafe. The cupcakes are not super secure so it is easier to place the display and then load in the cupcakes. | Roshco Silicone Twelve-Cup Muffin Pan with Sled, Redby Lifetime Brands (RBS04R) customer review: I'm tired of having to buy muffin cups to put into my old muffin pan. It felt so wasteful. I thought I'd give silicone a try.
| The first time I used it I painstakingly put some butter/oil spray into each individual tin - time consuming and I later found it to be unnecessary. I now don't bother with sprays at all. I just push the muffin up from the bottom of the muffin pan, forcing it out. I didn't lose too much muffin to the silicon at all. My only difficulty has been with cleaning it well enough. I don't own a dishwasher (which you'd think washing it by hand would work better anyway) but no matter how completely I scrub out each little cup (and everything does seem to come off easily enough) when it dries I always find some caked on leftovers. Maybe I'm still not doing something right. It's a small hassle compared against the fact that I no longer need to use muffin tins. And - I almost forgot, the sled it comes in is very handy as the silicon isn't as sturdy as the old metal pans. Still, four stars, I am happy with it. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
