customer review: These worked great, used about a tablespoon of crust mixture tamped it down then did the usual. They are about two inches across, and it will take 3 pans to do a usual 9 inch recipe. Enjoy.

customer review: i found these molds to be quite nice in forming the proper shapes for the holiday season. with the right recipe these molds will shape properly and by using a 'baking spray' which is what i used on them, the cake will pop out and clean up with them is easy, i was pleased with these molds on my first use.

customer review: I have yet to use these so my review will not be so enlightening. However, these ramekins feel nice and I have used the 4oz size for baking and they've worked out great. These would be great for sauces, little desserts and kitchen prep. Unlike the 4oz ramekins that arrived chipped, these were in their original box and seemed fine.

customer review: I probably did something wrong, but my cupcakes runneth over, so they didn't come out as pumpkins. I cut the top off and flipped them over so they would sit flat. I ended up with baby pumpkins. They also did not cook well either. Again, it could have been me. Not sure, but I probably won't use them again. It was difficult using 8 different molds. I am going to buy a pan that has all the molds in a single pan.

customer review: I had the hardest time finding a madeline sheet in local stores (and I live in the LA area)... so I went online and found this tin... it does the job, but the madelines themselves are very small (bite size)... I was hoping to make ones the size you can get at Starbucks (three bites or so)... every recipe I tried made way too many!!! upwards of 80 madelines...

customer review: Excellent! Buy 2 pans if you plan on making any as most recipes will make 2 dozen or more standard sized madelienes. I got perfect results with these pans, I use 'PAM for Bsking' spray instead of buttering & flouring each shell which saves time & they clean up beautifully. Wash by hand, don't put in the dishwasher. I also bought 2 of the smaller mini-madeline pans by the same manufacturer & highly recommed those as well.

customer review: PICTURE IS DECEPTIVE.....THIS IS FOR ONE PAN ONLY...I think the seller knew and hope that people would order this item based on the picture and not read the full description or check the reviews. I felt as though I was ripped off when this pan was delivered because I was expecting 4 pans not 1. I hope no one else is as foolish as I was I was and order this overpriced pan.

customer review: I bought this in 08/2008 for $12.99 through amazon and love this silicon mold. I made madeleine for the first time and it came out great. I didn't butter or coat the mold with anything to prevent it from sticking and it came out so easily that it slides out by itself. A few that are stuck in the mold just needs a push from the outside of the mold and it comes right out. I baked the madeleines with a williams-sonoma baking sheet under it and the only complaint is that the bottom of the cookie in the middle has a small little round area that is more golden brown than the rest. It's not a big deal for me because I'm not serving it to food critics and I'm too lazy to hold the silicon awkwardly in the oven without the baking sheet. You must fill the mold 3/4 full if you don't want it to over flow. The madeleine size is about a half U.S. dollar coin.

customer review: These are awfully cute, but picking mini-cupcakes out of them is a torture; they stick like crazy, and they DO NOT rinse easily: you have to wipe the stuck sweet batter from all the ridges by hand, as the dishwasher won't get it out. You need a small round brush to make it easier, and even then, consider how much time you want to spend cleaning them. (The dishwasher will also scatter them all over, because they're too small to stay in one place.) If you try to get the cupcakes out while they're still hot, a cup might tear. They might be useful for making tiny appetizers - omelets, crabcakes - but for baking, I'm getting a 100-pack of disposable paper cups.
