customer review: I got this baking mat for my birthday from my wish list and I love it! I have been using it almost daily and it works very well. I used to have rolls burnt on the bottom and raw on top, but since I started using this mat they were evenly brown. I throw it in the dishwasher every now and then to clean it, but it doesn't get very dirty and nothing sticks to it. A wonderful nifty thing no one should be missing in his/her kitchen!

customer review: I have used these pie weights two times now and have found them to be quite effective. I was a bit apprehensive b/c I had read a review saying that they did not cover a 9 inch pie pan. I have used these weights on two different 9 inch pie pans and have found them to provide good coverage. One pie pan was a glass pyrex 9 inch and the other was a hand made ceramic type. The ceramic pan, although stated to be 9 inch seemed to have a wider footprint, with steeper sides, than the pyrex. I put the rolled out pie dough in my pie pan, covered it with aluminum foil, and then put the pie weights in the foil (as recommended by my Martha Stewart recipe). In both instances, my crust came out evenly baked and flat. A good buy for the money and if you qualify for the free super shipping, even better!

customer review: Slams out doughnuts. Never sticks. Never clogs. No prying out the dough. A tribute to well-made, specialized tools. I've been using both this and the mini cutter for three years. If you love making homemade doughtnuts, this is your weapon of choice. Tough enough to survive both my gadget drawer and taken on camping trips. customer review: I roll out my dough on a formica table, and using a metal dough scraper would scratch the table top to heck. I've been using this one for over a year and have no complaints at all.

customer review: Works great for intended use BUT the best thing about it is that it is great for "de-furring" my bedspread, comforters and upholstery from cat hair. I have cats and was always using masking tape to pick up the shed fur. But, this silicone scraper does a much better job. All I do is wipe it across the fabric and the fur is easy to pick up -- sort of like raking leaves into a pile and then picking them up and throwing them away. I think this little gadget is absolutely great for this purpose. You can use it on your clothes too to remove lint or cat hair -- whatever!

customer review: I purchased the MUI silicone scrapers and liked them, but they were a bit too flexible for some uses. I bake a number of Artisan-style breads and needed something that would cut the dough without damaging my cherry cutting board. This scraper is perfect! It is rigid enough to allow the user to cut yeast doughs, but gentle enough not to damage surfaces. I will be buying several more!

customer review: I like this pastry blender very much. When I bought it off line, my concern was that the metal blades were going to be too weak and bend. However, that is not the case. I have used it several times and find it very study. It so far appears to be a high quality blender and I am very glad I got this one to use in my kitchen.

customer review: I ordered this product for my fiance' expecting it to be very flexible, but it is in fact not very flexible at all. He had intended to use it for batters and other thick liqids, and it works ok for these. It basically does the job, but I will not be buying any more of this brand of bowl scraper.
