![]() | | customer review: It is so thin and works well. It's just great because I don't have to continue buying toothpicks or skewers to check cakes and breads. If you're a life time baker this is definitely for you! | Matfer Exopat 11-5/8-by-16-3/8-Inch Nonstick Baking Matby Matfer (321005) ![]() customer review: I got this baking mat for my birthday from my wish list and I love it! I have been using it almost daily and it works very well. I used to have rolls burnt on the bottom and raw on top, but since I started using this mat they were evenly brown. I throw it in the dishwasher every now and then to clean it, but it doesn't get very dirty and nothing sticks to it. A wonderful nifty thing no one should be missing in his/her kitchen! | Mrs. Anderson's 108 Ceramic Pie Weightsby Harold Import Company, Inc. (108) ![]() customer review: I have used these pie weights two times now and have found them to be quite effective. I was a bit apprehensive b/c I had read a review saying that they did not cover a 9 inch pie pan. I have used these weights on two different 9 inch pie pans and have found them to provide good coverage. One pie pan was a glass pyrex 9 inch and the other was a hand made ceramic type. The ceramic pan, although stated to be 9 inch seemed to have a wider footprint, with steeper sides, than the pyrex. I put the rolled out pie dough in my pie pan, covered it with aluminum foil, and then put the pie weights in the foil (as recommended by my Martha Stewart recipe). In both instances, my crust came out evenly baked and flat. A good buy for the money and if you qualify for the free super shipping, even better! | Sassafras Little Cook Tool Kitby Sassafras (22226) ![]() customer review: The Sassafras Little Cook Tool Kit is a nice quality child-sized baking or cooking set for children interested in cooking. | Grandma Carol Ateco 3-1/2-Inch Stainless Steel Doughnut Cutterby Harold Import Company, Inc. (14423) ![]() customer review: Slams out doughnuts. Never sticks. Never clogs. No prying out the dough. A tribute to well-made, specialized tools. I've been using both this and the mini cutter for three years. If you love making homemade doughtnuts, this is your weapon of choice. Tough enough to survive both my gadget drawer and taken on camping trips. Imagine the thrill you can create in a campsite on a Saturday morning with fresh, sourdough doughnuts. I love 'em. You will too. | J.K. Adams BRP-1 10-1/2-Inch by 2-1/8-Inch Maple Bakers Pinby J.K. Adams Company (BRP-1) ![]() customer review: I've owned this pin now for two years. I had three children five and under and it's survived all their abuse. Like all the other kitchen gadgets we keep finding this under a bed or in a kid's closet but unlike the other stuff this hasn't broken or bent. | Mario Batali The Italian Kitchen Collection Dough Separatorby Copco (0-49390) ![]() customer review: I roll out my dough on a formica table, and using a metal dough scraper would scratch the table top to heck. I've been using this one for over a year and have no complaints at all. | RSVP International Biscuit Cutters, Set of 4by R.S.V.P. ![]() $6.95 customer review: Fulfilled all expectations. The product is pretty self explanitory. Durable and if I had to, would buy again or recommend to someone looking for similar item. We use it mainly to make eggs-in-a-basket for breakfast. | KitchenAid All Purpose Scraper, Redby KitchenAid (KG050ER) ![]() customer review: Great little devise to have handy to clean off counter from baking breads/cookies/doughnuts any doughy stuff. Use often | MIU Silicone Bowl Scraper, Redby MIU France (99004) customer review: Works great for intended use BUT the best thing about it is that it is great for "de-furring" my bedspread, comforters and upholstery from cat hair. I have cats and was always using masking tape to pick up the shed fur. But, this silicone scraper does a much better job. All I do is wipe it across the fabric and the fur is easy to pick up -- sort of like raking leaves into a pile and then picking them up and throwing them away. I think this little gadget is absolutely great for this purpose. You can use it on your clothes too to remove lint or cat hair -- whatever! | Ateco 2-1/2-Inch Stainless Steel Doughnut Cutterby Harold Import Company, Inc. (14422) ![]() customer review: I've been looking for just the right sized donut cutter and this was it. It feels good in my hand, not akward like some cutters and it is easy to clean. This cutter will be in my estate when I die! | Norpro Silcone Basting/Pastry Brushby Norpro (2012) ![]() customer review: Works as expected. didn't have the same problem as other reviews about not getting the same product. mine was exactly as advertised. I'll probably buy more. Can't have too many of these helpful little tools! | Tovolo Spatulart Silicone Measurement Conversion Bowl Scraper, Redby Tovolo (80-11320) ![]() customer review: I purchased the MUI silicone scrapers and liked them, but they were a bit too flexible for some uses. I bake a number of Artisan-style breads and needed something that would cut the dough without damaging my cherry cutting board. This scraper is perfect! It is rigid enough to allow the user to cut yeast doughs, but gentle enough not to damage surfaces. I will be buying several more! | Fox Run Ceramic Pie Weights, 9.5-Ounceby Fox Run (4774) Ceramic weights conduct heat evenly and are specially designed to prevent pie shells from shrinking while blind-baking. Weights come in a recloseable glass jar. 8½ ounces/250 grams. | GRIP-EZ PASTRY BLENDERby Norpro ![]() $8.99 customer review: I purchased the pastry blender for a gift. Not only is it useful in making pastry, there are other uses such as chopping hardcooked eggs. | MIU Silicone Pastry Brush with Stainless-Steel Handleby MIU France (99002) ![]() customer review: Ordered this along with Lodge skillet and scrub brush. It wasn't in the box. | Cuisipro Pastry Blenderby Cuisipro ![]() customer review: I like this pastry blender very much. When I bought it off line, my concern was that the metal blades were going to be too weak and bend. However, that is not the case. I have used it several times and find it very study. It so far appears to be a high quality blender and I am very glad I got this one to use in my kitchen. | Bowl Scraper - Largeby Ateco ![]() $0.8 customer review: I ordered this product for my fiance' expecting it to be very flexible, but it is in fact not very flexible at all. He had intended to use it for batters and other thick liqids, and it works ok for these. It basically does the job, but I will not be buying any more of this brand of bowl scraper. | Mario Batali Silicone The Italian Kitchen Collection Pastry Brush, Persimmonby Copco (0-49240) customer review: Nice brush that doesn't look like it will pop off easily into the grill like my last brush | Jaz 10020 Perfect Crust Beaded Pie-Weight Chain - 10ft Lengthby Jaz Innovations ![]() $30.38 Perfect Crust Beaded Pie Weight Chains from Jaz Innovations produce beautiful results with minimum effort and no mess.
