customer review: Really like the ease of use and the variety of the tips. The plastic icing bags are a little small. You can ice about 8 cupcakes at a time so I'll be picking up some larger ones down the road. Great product overall.

customer review: I love this product. It makes it very easy to decorate the sides of my cakes so they look fabulous. I am not the most creative person- and my cakes often show it- not anymore! My only complaint, although minor, is that you have to add a fairly thick layer of thinner consistency icing for the tool to work easily. Otherwise it pulls the edges right out of the holder. Once I discovered this trick I was very pleased!

customer review: This was my first time using decorating tips. So, decorating an enchanted cake took me an "easy" 9 hours including baking it. My only complaint with the master tip set was that it didn't specify which tip numbers were included. I had to improvise with other tips because the ones I needed weren't included. Obviously I am a novice at this. I thaught that if I got the largest set, I would get them all! It was a lot of fun & a little frustrating. In the end, the cake got great reviews. My biggest mistake was using canned frosting. It was too soft & wouldn't keep it's form. I'm thinking that my shortcut using canned frosting is why it took me so long to decorate. I will enjoy trying other projects with these tips.

customer review: I was very happy with this product. I used it as soon as I got it to make an Apple Dapple cake. It worked wonderfully and only took me about 3 minutes to peel slice and core 4 apples! I would recommend it highly!

customer review: I couldn't review the item itself because I never received it. I rate the service a 1, because I placed my order on Friday 12/5, and on Monday, 12/15 I received an e-mail stating my order had been cancelled, with no reason as to why. I know there wasn't anything wrong with my credit card account (I ordered other things from Amazon the same day and had no problems). It's best this happened anyway, I suppose, since I found the same item in Bed Bath & Beyond for a cheaper price. I just dislike that it took 10 days to find out my order was cancelled with no explanation given.

customer review: This food coloring works great. It's the paste kind, which really does color better, more vibrantly and wastes less than any other kind. Also, it comes with an extensive color palette, which inspires you to do better cake decorating (I think.) Strangely enough, it even comes with brown and black. Also, this works for more than just icing. I'm an arts and crafts director at a summer camp, and we use this stuff to tine salt dough, dye paper... you name it.

customer review: I am a beginner cake decorator and I purchased this kit to save some money, also as a way to keep everything neat and in one spot. I really enjoy this kit. I only wish the bottom compartment was bigger to carry things like an apron and such. Definitely a must if you want to start decorating and dont know how to start. The bigger kits have much more stuff in it, and I wish I had got one of them, but this is the cheapest and prettiest colored box in my opinion.

customer review: This is a very versatile set, and a must in any kitchen! The larger tips can be used for almost anything from pate'choux, to filling deviled eggs, to dolled up mashed potatoes! The bag is strong but flexible, and can be washed and used over and over. If you do anything creative in your kitchen, you need this.

customer review: I would really like to know what each individual piece does. They give a generic on the back and dont specify which does which. I don't think it would have been too hard to have a small leaflet inside depicting what they do. But, I have had lots of fun already! I made a cake for my sons 7th B-day to take to school. All the teachers were impressed (and I mean all, they had to say hey come look at this!). I keep coming up with new things I need to get for my kitchen! I'm an easy woman to please for present times-get me something having to do with kitchen equiptment and I'm good! Oh, also, if they are going to include tips that needs a biggers coupler, they should have included the coupler. I really want to try them, but know its probably not going to be for a while till I can get into Billings to get to a Michaels or something.

customer review: You can go out and spend a lot of money on fancy pastry bags and tips and perhaps use three of the decorating tips. This ensemble has everything you need to decorate the kinds of things the normal non-professional pastry chef bakes in their home or apartment. The only tip it doesn't have is the extra large which I need to make Churros. I'll have to buy that separately, I guess. But it has everything else you need. The box arrives with recipes for icings and well as instructions on which tip to use and what the finished product looks like. Very well priced. Superior service. I got mine in a couple of days. I made cupcakes and cookies over the Christmas/New Year holidays and decorated them with ease. Everyone was impressed and thought I bought them at a bakery. Decorating with this product is that simple. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to add a decorative flair to their baked goods. It is well worth the price.

customer review: Cutting cakes into layers has always made me anxious. This handy tool takes out all the worry and gives you a professional looking result. Just make sure you let the cake completely cool to firm it up. You might want to refrigerate a delicate one first just to firm it up more so the top layer doesn't break when you remove it.

customer review: This is a great kit. I'm not a huge baker, but when I do bake I like to make things look nice. This kit has enough tips to allow you to make all kinds of shapes, most of which I'm not artsy enough to actually pull off. The disposable pastry bags are nice, but I do wish they were a little bit bigger. All in all, you can't beat it for this price.
