Amazon promptly replaced the damaged pan set and I am very pleased with the quality of these pans. They are heavy weight and do not warp in the oven as my previous pans did. One thing in the instructions I would take with a grain of salt is to set the oven temperature 25 degrees lower than called for in the recipe.
