Norpro 2268 Hand Beaterby Norpro | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
![]() | | Heavy duty egg beater. Stainless steel blades. Plastic handles for easy grip. Dishwasher safe. | An old-fashioned hand beater comes in handy even if a kitchen is equipped with electric beaters and mixers. Sometimes the chore is too small or the need too urgent to bother with electric cords and elaborate cleanup. When those times arrive--beating eggs, blending pancake batter, whipping cream or egg whites--this sturdy tool is just the ticket. Its beaters are heavy-duty, 18/10 stainless steel, so they won't interact with acidic foods. The handle and gear are polished aluminum, and both grips are tough plastic. Dishwasher-safe. --Fred Brack Bradshaw #13525 Egg Beater/Plas Frameby BRADSHAW INTERNATIONAL ![]() $8.21 Egg Beater With Plastic Frame, Stainless Steel Bell Shaped Beaters. | Stainless Steel Vintage Style Egg Beaterby RSVP $13.99 customer review: The eggbeater works well, I feel the gears could use a little vegitable oil as they occasionally stick, but the blend speed is amazing for hand crank (about md. speed for an electric blender). I don't like the handles much, to be honest - I would have preferred a smooth plastic handle instead of something that feels like a very hard pencil that you have to grip. Otherwise it's a great buy. | Manual Egg Beaterby Greenfeet.com $17.95 Your Manual Egg Beater - Sometimes the finest things in life are the most basic. Dishwasher safe. | Oxo International Dough Blender 73381by OXO INTERNATIONAL (73381) customer review: This is a terrible dough blender. This is very flimsy and there is no rigidity to the "blades" (which are really just bent wire), so everything bends and the dough just gets caught. I always wound up just using a fork to blend with since this was so terrible. I now have a dough blender from the pampered chef that is very sturdy and has more of a bladed edge to it. It is so much easier to use. I would definitely NOT recommend the Oxo model. | Best Egg Beaterby Best Manufacturers Inc. ![]() $12.19 customer review: I'm sorry, but I can't rate your product. This thru no fault of your product, but instead, a failure of Amazon to deal with a complaint mine against them which caused me to be over billed. This incident occured in 12/2007.
