| The only thing I wish it had would be a third slot for the divider. There are 2 slots for usage. The first is a little too narrow if you have a decent size recipe collection (well over 100 cards) and the other is very wide. This is a very minor issue. Over all I really am pleased with the box and may end up ordering another to keep for myself. | The price for the item had almost doubled since I purchased one 4 years ago. However the place I bought the first one is now asking quite a bit more (43%) than the one I just purchased on Amazon. I don't understand the huge increase in price for this particular item but thanks to the Amazon discount with their credit card the discounted price was only about 10% higher than my purchase 4 years ago. That is very reasonable! Recipe File Box - Stainless steelby RSVP  $27.95 customer review: The recipe box arrived in a timely fashion. It is sturdy thus far, but keep in mind that I've only had it in the kitchen a few days. The lid is polished while the rest is not, which might frustrate some people, and it is a flip lid like other recipe boxes that I've seen. As a result, the lid will not snap into place, just rest. Regarding price, I found Amazon to have the widest variety. I did not feel that plastic would hold up to years of use, and I wanted a box that wouldn't need replacing in 2-3 years. So I spent more than I had planned, but I feel better about this one than the alternatives.
